faucethead features // cinemagraphs

Maybe you didn’t notice but in 2011 something started happening in the world of photography and blogging and it changed the game. Cinemagraphs arrived on the scene thanks to Jamie Beck and Kevin Burg and for four years now we’ve been following this revolution of sorts. Gone are the days of clunky, inconsistent loops and silly GIFs. Cinemagraphs are more mature, polished and, frankly, beautiful. Check out a few of our all-time favorites below and keep an eye out for the future of these little looping wonders. We think they’ve got big things in store.
