OUR PROCESS

1. LISTEN / DISCOVERY
It all starts with vigilant listening to get to know exactly who you are and why you do what you do. Collaboration is vital to the organic development of our solutions. We account for what a company has done in the past, their observations of the present, and expectations of their future. We study their market(s) and competitors to familiarize ourselves with the environment and how others are conducting business.
2. DESIGN
We strategize and engineer engaging experiences while considering the audience and their expectations [so we may surpass them]. Then we design for the medium; print, online, and/or interiors. Every concept needs to meet the criteria defined in Stage 1. This is where our 30+ years of experience is put to work.
3. BUILD/DEVELOP
The rivets and bolts part of the job. Not only are we developing for the best possible presentation, we are building based upon how the client [and their clients] will be affected and influenced. If it’s a logo, we take into consideration how and where it’s going to be reproduced. If it’s a website, it’s built around a seamless usability experience. If it’s an environment or event, we create to elicit emotions and responses on which nostalgia is conceived.
4. TEST
This is where we strap in and push things to the limits… You know, Chuck Yeager stuff. It is the phase when unasked and unanswered questions arise and are solved. Then, we test again. [Repeat]
5. LAUNCH
3 — 2 — 1 — Ignition. It’s opening a box of new business cards, launching the website, stocking the shelves with a new product, and/or passing the popcorn to your audience.
WHAT’S NEXT?
After we launch, we take a [single] breath, congratulate you and thank you for letting us be a part of the momentous occasion, and then we monitor and observe the product. We can then make adjustments if necessary. From there we begin the thought process for the next stage, update, or campaign in the lifecycle of the product. Staying relevant and present in the eyes [and hearts] of your audience is why we, any of us, do the work.
