Background

JJ’s & Sons is a 40-year-old family-owned restaurant in Cumberland, MD. Known for its Buffalo-style Pizza and Wings and Famous Bleu Cheese Dressing, JJ’s is a local tradition with a national following. We all hope that our favorite hometown pizza shop never changes, but to survive and thrive, they need to keep their brand fresh and have a strong digital marketing presence. We’ve had the privilege to help JJ’s attain those goals while maintaining its personality and charm.

Our Approach

We started with a lightly updated logo for consistency and legibility across channels. From there, we created a tidy menu, updated coupons, and gift cards. On the digital side, we developed a responsive website with coordinated email and social media campaign strategies. Our search engine marketing analysis provided the tools to boost and track online traffic, new customer acquisition, customer orders, and revenue. Finally, we got to do all the cool stuff a pizza shop has to offer, from t-shirts and posters to pizza boxes and giveaways. It helps that we’re experts… on pizza. Thank you, JJ’s!
